Eicher Motors has declared a final dividend of Rs 21 per share or 2100% of the nominal value of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2021-22. The declared dividend will trade ex-dividend next month on August 12, 2022. The company has not announced the record date for the same, however, the dividend must be paid or sent within 30 days from the date of shareholder approval.
On 13 May 2022, Eicher Motors Limited, in its regulatory filing with NSE & BSE, said: “Subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting, has approved a dividend of Rs. 21 /- per capital share of par value Re. 1 each for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholder approval.”
